FLŌS [flo-ohs].

Latin (n.) flowering part of a plant.

Flōs represents our commitment to nurturing and embracing a gentle approach to women’s healthcare.

Just as flowers only blossom when the entire plant is in harmony, our philosophy mirrors the holistic principles of naturopathy, focusing on treating the whole person to achieve optimal wellness.

Meet Nancy.

Nancy McMaster

BHSc (Naturopathy), MNHAA

Clinical Naturopath | Women’s Metabolic Health

Nancy has been immersed in the natural medicine industry since 2016. Her own journey through years of health challenges and dieting struggles sparked a deep passion for helping women restore their metabolism and find a calmer, easier relationship with food.

With a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and extensive clinical training, Nancy brings together evidence-based knowledge, lived experience, and a root-cause approach. Her work centres on supporting women who feel stuck, burnt out, or resistant to weight loss by addressing the systems that regulate energy, hunger and metabolism.

Her philosophy is simple: healing is not about restriction, but about restoring physiology. Nancy guides her clients through personalised care that fosters body trust, sustainable results and long-term wellness, so food feels effortless and weight loss becomes a natural outcome of metabolic repair.
