Cancellation policy.
Flōs Naturopathy appreciates the value of our patient’s time, and in return, welcomes your mutual respect for ours along with other patients. Taking this in mind, Flōs Naturopathy has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that fall within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in 50% of the total fee. Failure to attend your Naturopath Consultation will result in booking forfeit and 100% of the fee.
Appointment changes.
Clients may re-schedule their Consultation up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment via the link provided in the booking confirmation email, or by contacting the clinic on hello@flosnaturopathy.au
Failure to attend a Naturopath Consultation will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.
If for any reason a practitioner cannot attend an appointment due sickness or unforeseen circumstances, the patient will be advised as soon as possible. Flōs Naturopathy offers the patient the option to re-schedule or a full refund.
